I recently purchased eight 6-inch mini cast iron skillets from World Market at $5.99 each. These recipes sound wonderful and will come in handy! Thanks!

Hi Jessica,
I was just in Costco and caught a quick glimpse of what looked like a mini cast iron skillet set that came with cookie/brownie mixes. I think it was $19.99 for a set of 4 - though it was such a quick fly-by with my 6 year old that now I have to go back just to check this out. I'll head there soon and check it out again and can let you know if this was what I thought it was! :) If so, can't wait to get it and make up some of these great looking recipes.

Oh I just LOVE Costco!! Definitely let me know what you find out when you go back. I've seen some sets online but the skillets looked a little different from the normal ones - almost more flat (not as high of an edge)? But that's just from pics on the web. Can't wait to hear more!! Thank you for sharing!!!

Ok, ran into Costco again today. It is a set of 4 and they are "Indulge" cast iron skillets. Cute and small and only $18.99 for all 4 - though you are right, they are very flat and the sides are not very high. Most likely would not work for much more than a cookie. I decided to skip them and will check at my local World Market or just order the Lodge minis at Amazon. This very fall NW weather makes me want to bake up some of these soon - almost done with my Whole30 30-day challenge and can then relax just a little and try these out! :) Thanks Jessica for always providing so much inspiration!

Omgoodness! Thank you Andrea! I'm so glad to get your report back from Costco! Seriously!! Thinking I'm just going to head to World Market too because I really want to use mine for mini chicken pot pies this Fall as well! If you think the flat ones are geared more towards just the cookies I really need something more versatile!! You are awesome and I LOVE that you are finishing up your Whole30 too. I'd love to hear all about it and see how you are doing and what results you've noticed throughout your journey!! Seriously SO happy for you to be getting ready to finish! It's NOT easy!! You should be so proud of yourself!!
