Pecan Praline Dessert Topping

This easy-to-make delicious dessert topping can be enjoyed on cheesecake, pound cake, apple slices, pancakes and ice cream. You'll want to gift jars of this to your favorite people.

ingredients:

• 1 + 1/4 cups chopped pecans
• 7 TBSP butter
• 1 + 1/2 cups light brown sugar
• 3/4 cup light corn syrup
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk

instructions:

How to cook Pecan Praline Dessert Topping

1. Melt butter over low heat in saucepan; add pecans.
2. Stir until light brown and the aroma of lightly toasted pecans fills your kitchen.
3. Add brown sugar and corn syrup.
4. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
5. Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk.
6. Serve warm over ice cream, cheesecake, pound cake, cookies, apples or pancakes.
7. Store in refrigerator.
8. Reheat in microwave for 15 seconds.

Good Morning friends!
I have not one lick of Christmas decorations up yet because I'm swamped with other deadlines and obligations right now.

KEEPiNG iT REAL
Although there are a ridiculous amount of things eating up my time right now - trying to keep me from things I REALLY want to be doing - the inspiration I just shared is exactly what I needed this morning.
