While I'm finishing those up I wanted to share a small, but super cute detail I included from the Popcorn Bar.
Decorative Edged Brown Paper Bag Liners
for the Candy Popcorn Toppings
I often include this craft punch technique when creating paper party accessories - specifically when it comes to kraft paper or paper lunch sacks. (white or brown).
I love taking an ordinary lunch sack and making it extraordinary using my favorite EK Success Vintage Doily Craft Punch.
It's such a sweet and simple detail but it really makes a big difference.
Here's how I did it:
1. Using scissors, cut a good portion of the upper part of the brown paper bag off.
2. Use the Martha Stewart Vintage Doily Craft Punch to create a simple but pretty decorative edge along the top.
3. Open the brown paper bag and use fist to push it into and around the inside edges of the tin pail.
4. Fold the decorative edges over the sides of the pail and then add the candy toppings.

The day I tried to re-shoot this new "Chalkboard" edition of the Popcorn Bar it was SO stinking windy. I was getting so frustrated because my large popcorn poster was flapping in the wind and my Directions sign kept toppling over.
