I hope this video puts a smile on your face
and adds a bit of sunshine to your day...

KEEPiNG iT REAL
It's incredibly unbelievable how long it takes to create a video...
The time spent saving, editing, cutting, adding music...
not to mention the fact that I have to convert the files from .MOD to .mpeg and then to a movie file.
Craziness I tell ya!!

But I figure the more I do it...
the faster I'll get.
Right?! *wink*

Hey there. Cute video! Were the pans teflon coated, or did you put non-stick stuff in there? If so, that might be some of the reason for the trouble. Angel food batter uses the sides of the pan for "gripping" in order to rise and it helps with cooking as well. I got a teflon (reg size) pan as a gift one year but exchanged it with a regular aluminum one and it works great. Because of the amount of egg whites in the batter it really is kind of like marshmallow or meringue which is why it doesn't really grow.... ok, rambling now. Looking forward to your next attempt! You can do it!

Michele...okay...now that TOTALLY makes sense. The mini pan is teflon coated. I have a large aluminum pan - I bet it'll come out perfect using that?!

You are awesome!!! I wish we lived closer. We'd be hanging out I'm sure of it!!
